Flames erupt in car with bad battery

LOGAN -- A car owner says a bad battery may be responsible for a vehicle catching on fire in the Logan section of Philadelphia Friday morning.

The blaze broke out around 6:30 a.m. on the 5900 block of North 19th Street.

The car was located in the rear area of a house.
