"Food Fight" for a good cause

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- 30-thousand meals ... In 30 days.

That's the ambitious goal of a new campaign that Philabundance kicked off Tuesday.

The Action Cam was there as there as the Great Food Fight got underway this morning.

The initiative comes as part of September's National hunger Action Month.

Walmart helped get things going, with a 75-thousand dollar check.

And Temple University, which is partnering with Philabundance, had cheerleaders and Hooter the Owl on hand to rally the crowd of volunteers.
