Fugitive murder suspect found in Delaware

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- A murder suspect, on the lam for 13 years, is in custody after being discovered living in Wilmington, Delaware.

Ignacio Constantino is accused of killing a man in January 2001 in Morristown, Tennessee.

Constantino was discovered living under the name Victor Castillo.

He was arrested by the FBI Safe Streets Task Force, which is made up of several area agencies.
