Gunman sought in Kensington shooting

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for the gunman who shot and wounded a 29-year-old man in the Kensington section.

Gunfire erupted just before 10:00 p.m. Tuesday on the 3100 block of Emerald Street.

The victim was shot in the stomach and taken to Temple University Hospital.

He is currently in critical condition.

There is no word on what may have sparked the shooting.
