Large fire damages 3 homes in Strawberry Mansion

STRAWBERRY MANSION (WPVI) -- Fire damaged three homes in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia.

Flames broke out at Diamond and North 29th Streets before 4:00 a.m. Tuesday.

Images from the Action Cam shown on Action News at 5:00 a.m. showed heavy flames tearing through two homes.

The fire spread through the roof to a third home.

Fire officials say the back of one of the homes collapsed before firefighters got the upper hand.

Two of the homes were vacant.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.
