CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Shopper Jesse Slocum says he was using the men's bathroom at the Cherry Hill Mall when he saw another man peeping through the bathroom stall.

"I was starting to pull the toilet paper, and I took notice as I pulled it, I saw his eye in the opening looking right through at me," Slocum said.

Within seconds, Slocum realized he was being recorded.

"And then I looked to my right and I saw his hand around the side of the phone holding it," Slocum said.

Slocum says he immediately unleashed a firestorm of words at the would-be peeping tom.

"He proclaimed that he dropped his phone, and I said, 'you're kidding me.' And he got up and just jetted out the stall," Slocum said.

The Cherry Hill Mall tells Action News: "We are working with the Cherry Hill Police Department to help aid in this ongoing investigation and maintain a safe shopping environment for consumers."

Slocum worries this man could strike again.

"Is this the first time? Has he hit other places?" Slocum said.

Police are looking through security footage to see if the cameras caught this man darting out of the men's room and into the mall.
