Man and woman questioned in Kensington shooting

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- A man and a woman were taken in for questioning after a shooting in Philadelphia's Kensington section.

It happened around 10:40 Saturday night along the 3100 block of Frankford Avenue.

Authorities say someone opened fire striking a man in his 20s in the chest.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.

A man and a woman fled the scene but officers tracked them down and brought them in for questioning.

No word on a possible motive.

Police continue to investigate.
