Man charged with burglaries in Delaware

NEW CASTLE, Del. -- New Castle County Police say a search of the home of a man charged with breaking into homes turned up more than 100 pieces of stolen jewelry.

Officers arrested 22-year-old Darron Crean of New Castle on Friday. He is charged with six counts of burglary and numerous other offenses.

Investigators say Crean rode around neighborhoods on a bicycle or in a car looking for homes to break into.
