Police say Pippins gained entry into a residence on Ursinus Court in the University Park apartments through a window at approximately 2:45 a.m. on June 15.

He allegedly sexually assaulted the victim at gunpoint and robbed her of money before leaving the residence.

He was charged with aggravated sexual assault, robbery, burglary, and certain persons not to have a weapon, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, criminal restraint, and terroristic threats.

He is being held at the Burlington County jail, pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday in Superior Court.
