Man dies after shooting outside Hunting Park tavern

HUNTING PARK (WPVI) -- Police say a 22-year-old man was wounded and later died after a shooting outside a tavern in Philadelphia's Hunting Park section late Friday night.

The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. outside the La Legenda Riviera Lounge on the 4200 block of North 8th Street.

The victim was shot in the chest and taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators say surveillance video shows the shooter giving the gun to someone else.

Detectives are talking to witnesses.
