Man dropped off at hospital with gunshot wound

GRAYS FERRY (WPVI) -- Police are investigating after a man was dropped off at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with a gunshot wound.

The man arrived at the hospital on Monday afternoon with a wound to his forearm.

Police believe he may have been shot in the 1400 block of Ringgold Street in the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia.

However, there was no word on who may have shot the man, or why.

The victim was only described as a man in his 20s.
