Man drowns in pool in Washington Twp., Gloucester County

WASHINGTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Emergency crews had to pull a man out of a swimming pool in Gloucester County Saturday night.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. in the unit block of Hunter Court in Washington Township.

The man was discovered at the bottom of the pool. Paramedics rushed the man to Kennedy Hospital-Washington Township where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Authorities say the man suffered from Parkinson's disease.

Washington Township police are investigating.
