Police are trying to hunt down the robbers who shot and killed a man in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood.

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Police are trying to hunt down the robbers who shot and killed a man in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood.

It happened after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday along the 2000 block of East Haines Street.

Investigators say the two men shot the 39-year-old victim while he was standing next to his truck.

After shooting the man, the suspects then went through his pockets, and grabbed his keys.

Police say the suspects then drove off with the victim's truck.

The victim was taken by private auto to Einstein Medical Center.

He was suffering with gunshot wounds his chest, back and leg. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police are looking for the suspects and the man's 2015 silver Dodge Ram pick-up truck.

The suspects are described as wearing light or white t-shirts, and cut off blue jeans. Both were armed with guns. The shooter has a long beard.

Detectives have since recovered surveillance video of the shooting, robbery, and carjacking.
