Man shot outside motel in Cherry Hill

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting outside a motel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

The incident occurred around 3:00 a.m. at the Inn of the Dove on Route 38.

Officers arrived and found a blood-stained shirt in the parking lot, but no victim.

They later learned that a man was dropped off at Cooper University Hospital with several gunshot wounds.

The 24-year-old victim was listed in stable condition.

Investigators believe the shooting was a result of a large fight inside one of the rooms where a party was taking place.

No arrests have been made yet.
