OLNEY (WPVI) -- A pedestrian was hit by two vehicles and killed early Wednesday on Roosevelt Boulevard in the Olney section of Philadelphia.
It happened at 12:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Wyoming Avenue.
Police say the victim, 35-year-old Errol Catchings of Sharon Hill, Pa., was trying to cross the boulevard when he was struck by a minivan.
He was then struck by another vehicle.
Police say both drivers stopped nearby and were questioned by officers.
Investigators say Catchings was not in a crosswalk when he was struck, and that the incident appears to have been an accident.
No charges have been filed.
