WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Raging flames destroyed a house in Wilmington, but no one was hurt.

The blaze ignited just after 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening in the area of 5th and Jefferson Streets.

Images from the Action Cam show fire crews battling the massive flames shooting out of the three-story building.

It took fire crews nearly an hour to get the two-alarm fire under control.

Wilmington fire investigators tell us when they first arrived on the scene, they were led to believe squatters were inside the building.

After several searches, fire crews did not find anyone inside.

Fire investigators tell Action News the home sustained significant fire damage.

They're still not sure how the fire started.
