Missing woman Deirdre Magolon has been located

UPPER PROVIDENCE TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Upper Providence Police confirm that a missing Royersford woman has been found safe and sound in Philadelphia.

20-year-old Deirdre Magolon was located Tuesday afternoon.

Police have not disclosed any additional information at this time.

Police say Magolon left her Upper Providence home on Friday. She took her sister's car, which was found abandoned a short time later.

Sources tell Action News it now seems the 20-year-old hitchhiked to Philadelphia's Kensington section Friday night.

She was also spotted on Kensington Avenue Saturday morning.

Again, no word yet on where she was found. Police only saying she is safe.
