Naked neighbor upsets residents

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WPVI) -- Some residents in Charlotte, North Carolina are fed up with a neighbor who refuses to cover himself.

Several people captured pictures and video of the man.

They say he has stood at his front door buck naked about three to four times a week for the past 10 years.

But police say no charges can be filed, saying it happened on his property, which does not violate any local laws.

Neighbors are now planning to file a complaint with the homeowners association.
