ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- An Atlantic City police officer who shot and killed a suspect outside Caesar's Casino last September will not face criminal charges.
A grand jury reviewed the evidence Wednesday and declined to indict the officer.
Authorities say three robbers were holding up three other men.
When police arrived, one of the robbers shot and wounded an officer.
That's when the second officer returned fire, hitting and killing 25-year-old Jerome Damon of Camden.
