Officer fires taser at elderly man

There is outrage in Victoria, Texas, over a police dash cam video showing a local officer taking down a 76-year-old man.

The officer stopped Pete Vasquez for having an expired inspection sticker on his car.

When Vasquez got out to explain to Officer Nathanial Robinson that it was a dealer's car, and did not need the sticker.

The officer tried to handcuff Vasquez, and pulled him to the ground.

During the incident, Robinson fired a taser at Vasquez twice.

The officer has been placed on administrative duty.
