Pedestrian struck, killed in Somerton

SOMERTON (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a fatal auto pedestrian accident in the city's Somerton section.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 10600 block of Bustleton Avenue.

Police say a male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle.

The victim was taken to Aria Health Torresdale where he was pronounced dead.

The vehicle did stop, police say.

AID is investigating.
