CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police have made an arrest in a shooting in Chester, Delaware County that left a man dead.

The incident happened around 5 p.m. Saturday at Thomas and Terill streets.

Investigators say Miguel Moreno shot 23-year-old Teshon Malloy multiple times.

Malloy was pronounced dead at the scene.

This was the 20th homicide of the year in Chester.
