Police: Man changing tire hit by car in Langhorne

LANGHORNE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating after a man was hit by a car while changing a tire in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

It happened shortly before 9 p.m. Sunday in the northbound lanes of Route 1 at Route 213.

Police say the victim, who works for Auto Rescue, was called by the driver of the flat tire.

The man was changing the tire when, police say, another car hit him.

The victim was rushed to St. Mary Medical Center with broken bones and head injuries.

He is expected to recover.

Police say the driver did stop, and will not face charges.
