Remembering heroes in the Northeast

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- They gathered to remember in Northeast Philadelphia Friday.

Local members of the military, police, fire departments and many others took part in a ceremony outside the Mission Barbecue restaurant.

As a way to say thanks to those who serve, all first responders were given a free sandwich today.
