Shot fired in Chalfont bank robbery, suspect sought

CHALFONT, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the suspect behind a bank robbery in Chalfont, Bucks County.

It happened around 2:10 Wednesday afternoon at the Wells Fargo Bank branch on the 4200 block of County Line Road.

Authorities say during the holdup, one shot was fired into the ceiling. No one was injured.

The suspect, who was wearing a full face mask and a gray wig, got away with an undetermined amount of cash.

Police believe he is the same man who robbed the same bank back in June.
