Shots fired in Delaware police chase; 2 arrested

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Two men are facing criminal charges after firing at police officers during a chase in Wilmington, Delaware.

Police say they tried to pull over Kenyetta Jackson and Shawn Mitchell, both 21, for a traffic violation near 11th and Spruce Street Wednesday night.

That's when the car took off.

During the chase, police say one of the men started firing at officers.

The car then crashed and both men went running, but they didn't get far.

Jackson and Mitchell are being held without bail.
