HOUSTON -- Police say a man seen in a grainy image taken from a surveillance camera has been arrested for the 'brutal' decapitation of a man inside a southeast Houston auto parts shop.

Raymond Jackson, 62, is charged with murder after the body of 58-year-old Enayatolah Khorsand was found inside Mykawa Auto Parts store on Mykawa near Airport Boulevard.

Employees found Khorsand's body around 6pm Thursday night and called police.

Investigators say the victim was decapitated in a "brutal" attack, but aren't sure of the motive.

After searching throughout the night and morning, Jackson was taken into custody around noon. Details of the arrest aren't yet available.
