Philadelphia man charged with 2 arsons in Germantown

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have made an arrest in two arsons that targeted a home on Coulter Street in Germantown.

24-year-old Leonard Monroe of West Clearfield Street has been charged with deliberately setting fires to the home on November 9th and again on December 1st.

The Arson and Explosives Task Force is still trying to determine if Monroe carried out a third arson on the same street.

That one happened Sunday.

It left a woman and baby injured and badly damaged a house.
