A suspect surrendered in connection to the West Philadelphia block party shooting.

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One of two suspects wanted for a shooting that injured ten people during a West Philadelphia block party has turned himself into authorities.

23-year-old Dominic Lamar surrendered at Southwest Detectives Monday afternoon.

Police say he and Kylief Harley were involved the shooting on the 4100 block of Ogden Street on Saturday, June 20th.

The ten victims were struck with birdshot while attending the cookout.

Harley, 23, remains on the loose.

There is a $10,000 reward being offered for information leading to his arrest and conviction.
