NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say the tables were turned on a would-be robber at a Chinese take-out restaurant in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia.
Police were called to Kim-Do Chinese American Take Out on Lehigh Avenue near 28th Street at 11:00 p.m. Saturday.
When officers arrived, they found an intended robbery victim had wrestled the gun away from a suspect and shot him in the neck.
The suspect was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.
The victim fled to a nearby home. Police caught up with him a short time later and took him into custody for questioning.
There was no immediate word what charges might be filed.
