Taxi collides with armored car in Center City

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A taxi cab collided with an armored car in Center City Monday night.

The accident happened around 6:15 p.m. at 19th and Market streets.

Authorities say the cab rear ended the armored car.

The impact ruptured the armored car's fuel tank.

The damaged car was towed from the scene.

The accident remains under investigation.
