SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The search is on for the gunman who shot two teens in South Philadelphia.
Police say it happened before midnight on the 700 block of South 10th Street, next to a playground.
Both victims are 18 years old, and both are in stable condition.
One was shot 3 times in the legs. The other has a heel wound.
Three unoccupied, parked cars were damaged as well.
Police found a total of 11 shell casings at the scene.
Several suspects were seen fleeing east on Bainbridge toward 9th Street.
