Union treat teachers to lunch

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Teachers in the Chester-Upland school district were treated to a free lunch Thursday.

The meals were a gift from Sons of Ben, the fan group for the Philadelphia Union.

They often support charity efforts in Chester because they play their games there at PPL Park.

Today they wanted to help Chester-Upland teachers, after they agreed to work without guaranteed paychecks as the district battles an ongoing financial crisis.
