Victim struck by car in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities say a person was struck by a car in Chester, Delaware County.

It happened around 9:30 Thursday night on the 1100 block of Carla's Lane.

Few details have been released about the accident.

Authorities say the victim was taken to the hospital. No word on a condition.

The driver of the vehicle did stop at the scene.

Police are investigating.
