VIDEO: Child survives dramatic window jump amid raging fire

CENTER POINT, AL -- A child survived a dramatic jump from an apartment fire in Alabama, and the entire scene was caught on video.

Kerry Jackson caught the dramatic moments on video before firefighters arrived.

You can hear the child's mother crying and pleading for her son to do it.

Jackson said, "I really didn't have any emotion running through me at the time. It was just like, I need him, we need him to jump."

Jackson says it wasn't over. Another child was trapped in the back of another unit but neighbors had to wait for a firefighter to get him out. He's still in the intensive care unit.
