SAN DIEGO, Ca. -- A woman accused of trying to kill her barber over a haircut has pleaded not guilty to premeditated attempted murder.
Adrian Swain, 29, returned to the barbershop in San Diego last Wednesday with a gun and pulled the trigger three times.
The handgun was loaded, but didn't fire.
The prosecution believes she didn't rack the chamber first.
The judge raised her bail at a hearing yesterday.
If found guilty, Swain is looking at life in prison with the possibility of parole.
