Woman, boy injured in Parkside crash

PARKSIDE (WPVI) -- A two vehicle crash sent two people to the hospital in Philadelphia's Parkside section.

It happened near 40th Street and Girard Avenue at 11:15 p.m. Saturday.

The impact of the crash caused one of the vehicles to roll over, briefly trapping the two people inside.

A 50-year-old woman and a 12-year-old boy were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

There is no word yet if either driver faces charges.
