Woman killed in Gloucester Township crash

GLOUCESTER TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- A single-vehicle crash has claimed the life of a woman in Gloucester Township, N.J.

It happened at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Sicklerville Road and Dickenson Drive in Gloucester Township.

Police say the woman lost control of the car and ended up in a wooded area.

The road was shut down as police investigated and crews worked to remove the vehicle.

Police told Action News officers found a baby seat in the car but no child was involved in the crash.

The name of the victim was being withheld pending notification of family members.
