Woman stabbed in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the stabbing of a woman in West Philadelphia Thursday evening.

The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on the 5500 block of Wyalusing Avenue.

The woman was in her 60's and was stabbed multiple times, police say.

She was taken to Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition.

So far, there are no arrests or a motive for the stabbing.
