Pedestrian struck, killed on Rt. 38 in Cherry Hill

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Camden County authorities are investigating a deadly accident involving a pedestrian in Cherry Hill.

It happened just before 10:30 Thursday night on Route 38 near Longwood Avenue.

Details are sketchy, but we know one person was struck by a vehicle, and died at the scene.

The victim's identity has not been released.

The circumstances of this incident remain under investigation.
