COLUMBIA, Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities say a 21-year-old man who was kidnapped from his Lancaster County home early Thursday morning has been located and the suspect is in custody.

Columbia Borough police say 21-year-old Jordan Fischer is unharmed and safe in the company of family members.

Thirty-one-year-old Dustin Wetten turned himself into the Columbia Borough Police Department around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

Wetten faces charges of burglary, kidnapping and unlawful restraint.

The incident happened shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Concord Lane in Columbia Borough.

Police said Wetten forcibly entered Fischer's home and took him.

Wetten claimed he was armed with handgun.

Police said Wetten fled with Fischer in a 2002 gold Saturn L20.

Police tell Action News the two knew each other.

No further details have been released.
