Man shot at point-blank range in Kensington, police say

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Police are searching for a killer in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

Officers found a 32-year-old man lying between two parked cars on the 700 block of East Madison Street around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday.

He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Police believe he was shot in the head at point-blank range.

There is no word on a suspect or a motive.
