VILLANOVA, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Villanova home of former 76ers owner, author and entrepreneur is now up for auction.

The property, at 835 Mount Moro Road, will go to the highest bidder regardless of price.

The auction, first reported by Philadelphia Magazine, will happen on October 25th.

According to the listing on VillanovaLuxuryAuction.com, this is an 'Absolute Auction,' which means there is no reserve - the highest bidder will own the property.
