VIDEO: Pope issues 'See You in Philadelphia' invitation

PHILADELPHIA -- Pope Francis has issued a personal invitation by video for people to come to events during his visit to Philadelphia next weekend.

The papal invitation delivered in English says "I look forward to greeting the pilgrims and the people of Philadelphia when I come for the World Meeting of Families."

The pope then says "I will be there because you will be there! See you in Philadelphia!"

The video was released by the World Meeting of Families early Sunday morning.

Pope Francis arrives in Philadelphia Sept. 26. Hundreds of thousands of people are expected to fill the Benjamin Franklin Parkway for his Sept. 27 Mass.
