Watch this Saving With 6abc report.

The Community Clothes Charity is a local sale offering steep discounts on designer duds.

It opens to the public at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.

It only happens once a year and it ends on Saturday so you better hurry.

All the items for sale have been donated. You'll find skirts, evening gowns, and suits. Designer everything, brand new items, and vintage. Plus, shoes, hats and scarves and even housewares!

Here are some of the deals you're going to find:

An Ellen Tracy blazer is just $34 and a MaxMara blazer is only $22.

Size 9 Manola Blaniks are going for $68.

A brand new Kate Spade bag, originally $425,, is priced at $80.

An Ann Taylor cocktail dress is going for $36.

J Crew Skirt? $14.

Tadashi evening gown? $42.

An Oscar de la Renta dress normally thousands of dollars is $320.

The Community Clothes Charity has been happening for 57 years.

But this year it's in a new location, a space donated by Toll Brothers in its new community called Liseter in Newtown Square..

"We just wanted to bring all the local groups together. We just thought it was a great cause and it's four great charities that benefit from this," Brian Thierrin of Toll Brothers said.

That's right, all the money you spend at CCC goes to charity.

"We raise close to a quarter of a million dollars," Happy Shipley of CCC said.

To enter the sale Wednesday, you're asked to make a $30 donation.

On Thursday, just $5.

On Friday and Saturday, it's free to come in and everything is half price.
