Nordstrom Rack celebrates grand opening in new King of Prussia location

KING OF PRUSSIA (WPVI) -- The Nordstrom Rack store celebrated its grand opening Thursday after moving to a new address in King of Prussia.

It is now in the King of Prussia Town Center near Wegmans after moving from the Overlook shopping center.

Shoppers lined up early for today's celebration which kicked off with a raffle for prizes.

One lucky customer won a $1,000 dollar shopping spree. Turns out she's a mother of five children who couldn't understand why she would stand in line for the big opening.

"They thought I was crazy for getting up and out of the house before I even got them off to school. I was excited!" said Mary Hamilton from Gladwynne.

Nordstrom Rack also had gifts for the first 1,000 customers who made a purchase.
