"Adopt a Kitten Room" Opens in Newtown square

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. (WPVI) -- There's a new resource to help homeless animals in the Philadelphia region.

Thursday Petplan Pet Insurance opened its new "adopt a kitten room" at its location in Newtown Square.

This is in partnership with the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society, also known as PAWS.

Petplan says its new adoption room will free up space at PAWS and allow the organization to rescue more homeless pets.
