Bed bug infestation closes library and arts center in Ventnor

VENTNOR, N.J. (WPVI) -- A bed bug infestation forced a closure at the property that houses the Atlantic County Library and the Cultural Arts Center in Ventnor.

Officials destroyed the furniture where the bugs were found.

The property has been exterminated, and is expected to reopen Wednesday.

Anyone who has visited the library or the arts center in the past two weeks is being advised to check their belongings.
