CHELTENHAM TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Cheltenham Township plow driver was honored for his heroic act during the blizzard of 2016.
Mark Mills was given a commendation by the Cheltenham Board of Commissioners.
Mills spotted Sylva, as his legs were trapped in the snow.
He was dressed too lightly, soaking wet, and nobody heard his calls for help.
Mills freed him, and got him inside, making sure he was okay.
Sylva calls Mills' act a "miracle."
