Fare and Square, Philabundance team up for food giveaway

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Dozens of families received a lot of love Tuesday along with all the fixings to have a great dinner for the holidays.

Fare and Square Super market in Chester gave away 50 holiday meals packed with a turkey,stuffing, cranberry sauce, and the choice of an apple or sweet potato pie.

Customers in need entered a raffle and the winners were treated to the full meal.

Fare and Square is part of the Philabundance family and says the food give-away is all in an effort to make the holidays a little brighter for those on a budget.
